Caversham Wildlife Park, Perth

At Cavershams we could pet the koalas, hold a wombat and feed the kangaroos. It was very hot that day and flies were terrible but the animals were fun. This wombat was very fat and heavy. She has been used for pictures for a very long time and acted quite bored with the whole thing. The kangaroos were not hungry because the Japanese beat us to the food and had already fed them.

Bunbury, Western Australia

This was the cute town we stayed in on our way to Perth. It is on the Indian Ocean. We got the last room which happened to be a suite and overlooked the ocean with a gorgeous sunset. It was across the street from the lighthouse, and was called the Lighthouse Beach Resort. I could have stayed there for a month!

Bi Centennial Tree - Pemberton

This tree was about the same size as the Gloucester tree but it had a platform midway up to rest on and then 4-5 platforms at the top. Jay did not climb this tree.
