Clubs in Sydney.

Australians belong to clubs. These are usually places to gather, eat a good meal, drink with friends, enjoy the social atmosphere. I am assuming there is a fee to join. Most people join the club; however, nonmembers can eat at the restaurants. We have been to two clubs; the Canterbury League Club and the German-Austrian Club. The German food was very good at the German Austrian Club. There are 4 restaurants at the Canterbury Club. We ate at the Chinese restaurant and were not that crazy about it. We are going to try one of the other restaurants tonight at Canterbury.
